'Jim'
Released in 1998, 'Jim' is a sister line to 'Daksoy'. Classed as Grp 00.7, 'Jim' has similar maturity to McCall and is about 5 days earlier than 'Traill'. It is an intermediate type with purple flowers, grey pubescence, brown pods, dull yellow seeds with yellow hila and high seed coat peroxidase. It is resistant to lodging and shattering but has no phytophthora resistance.
